RFP - Ridgeline Trail Construction, Rocky Harbour

The West Coast Cycling Association is issuing the following RFP for all Professional and Technical Services, including the Supply of Equipment, Labor and Supervision required to build the Ridgeline Trail, a 6.0 km-long cycling-preferred multi-use trail, near Rocky Harbour, Newfoundland and Labrador.
